How do I recover lost data?

I would like to recover some deleted photos and videos from my internal memory on my Xperia T! If possible, without rooting the device. Thankyou!

You can't without rooting the device. Any app that needs to look for data that isn't in files needs root access.

The first thing you should do when you accidentally lost pictures from the card is STOP immediately using the SD. Because any write or edit may cause the lost data become "lost for good" simply due to OVERWRITTEN.
