Help How do I restore my phone?

So I synced my phone (as per the phone techs instruction) before I formatted it back to factory settings, so how do I get all my stuff back on the phone?

what all "Stuff" are yu wanting back? what were the reasons you restored it in the first place?

hey,
yeah i had done the same thing, i factory reset everything and when i re-synced my .gmail account nothing came back. i thought i knew how it worked but guess not. all im really looking for is my notes and contacts everything ells is fine wherever it is lol. if anyone can help that would be cool.

Well, having backup means, at least in my dictionary, to have more than one plan, if all goes down the drains as you stated. I, for one, used to use a multitude of Apps on my S2, up until I found this super cool App called G Cloud Backup, it's in simple words the equivalent of iCloud. So I can rest assured, I'd recommend you try it out.

In the future always make hard copy backups to an SD card or external hard drive. Even if it should back up it's always good to have a backup of your backup. There are many good apps for this in the store, just find one you trust. It's also a good idea to keep regular backup images of your phone in case something goes wrong.

Well, if you log into gmail on a browser are all your contacts there? If so, when you turn on gmail sync on your new phone the contacts will come flooding back in. If you are referring to google backup rather than sync, I think you may need to go into settings and restore from backup.
