With Android, it's called root, not jailbreak. Did a quick Google search, and found this:

Now, I've never rooted my Droid X, and I've never used a GTablet, so I can't really say exactly how to do it or which method is the best, but just knowing to search for "root" instead of "jailbreak" should help you find the info you want. Welcome to the forums!
