How do I save MMS messages when using Chomp SMS?

I am having trouble figuring out how to save a picture sent to be via text using Chomp SMS. I even tried mounting the Droid and trying to find it, but I can't find the folder that the "details" indicate in Chomp SMS. Any suggestions?

Have you saved the picture first to your SD card by long pressing on the picture then tapping "Save attached to SD?" If so, the picture resides in the "download" folder.
