Help How do I set a short cut

I would like to set a short cut for weather and hotmail. How do I do that?

I want to just scroll to the left or right from the home screen to weather or hotmail instead of going to the menu.

I'm assuming you have an app for both, just go to your app menu and press and hold weather/hotmail your wallpaper should then be displayed and drag the icon to the screen you want to place it on... don't forget to press thanks :)

What I mean is be able to go to it by just switching to a different page. Example: from home screen to the right the hotmail will already be displayed.

I understand what you are trying to accomplish but I don't know of a way to do this. you have the text file saved to your sd card correct?

there are a few things I can think of that might work but have not ever tried them

save as an image file and use desktop visualizer or a photo frame type app

try one of the document viewers in the market...one may have a widget

if using sense use htc mail add that widget to the screen you want it displayed on and just leave it always on that email

I can think of half a dozen ways to create a shortcut to your file...but not many to display the file the way i understand you want to
