Every time I set a picture as my wallpaper on my Samsung, it forces me to crop the image as a square or horizontal rectangle at best. After looking up online, all the answers say "download an app" or "change the size." I am an illiterate when it comes to that sort of thing, so I was hoping for a really dumb-ed down version. Where do I get this app? What is it called? HOW do I change the resolution, and if I need an app, back up to the other questions. Please help!

I use ... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alensw.PicFolder&hl=en ... to do it.
You load an image into the app and then touch the outline. You can then move the line to zoom in or out and move the box to the location you want.
You have to experiment with it a little.
