How do i set up voicemail on my htc hd

Hi i currently have a htc desire hd on t mobile network in the uk and im having trouble settign up voice mail on it, what settigns need to be changed and what mobile numbers need to be set for voice mail

Go to Settings -> Call -> Voicemail Service, ensure this is set to "My Carrier", hit Ok.

Then you'll need your T-Mobile Voicemail number to enter in the Voicemail Settings below. Not sure what that number is, you may need to call them about it.

Hi i done all of the above then i went into the call forward settings and tried to enable forward when unanswered but then i get the message- Unexpected response from network

not sure what to do now
