How do I stop the phone beeping?

For no reason that I can think of, my phone started making a single beep whenever I terminate a call. It is bugging the hell out of me and I cannot find where to stop it. Can anyone help please?

I'm desperate for help with a similar problem with my HTC Desire625. I just got it and was trying to figure out how to put a signature at the end of my text messages( which I still have not figured out how to do yet!), when I went back to my home screen, after doing nothing at all to my phone, and I get a single beep about every 10 seconds!!@ it's annoying! Can somebody please HELP ME PLEASE??? Thank you( in advance, 2 everyone who took the time to read this, and those who give me the advice I need!!)
