How do i transfer data from existing memory card to new purchased one?

I just bought a new memry card and i dont know how to transfer my data from the existing memory card in my phone to the new one i have purchased, can someone please help...

Yeah, if you have access to a pc then just copy it to a folder there and then copy to the new card. I have done it a couple times myself.
