Help How do I transfer the video to my PC

Sorry,

I cant seem to work it out.

Ive loaded htc sync as suggested online and connect my phone vis usb or disk drive.

I can see the media and can download it to a folder on my desk top, but it loads the videos as thumbnails and doesnt seem to recognise it as a video. I was expecting to see a folder on the phone with photos and one with videos but instead all I get is media 100 full of thumnails.

Can someone help

i didnt bother with htc sync. i just choose to mount sd card when phone is connected by usb. then i just drag n drop from the sdcard to pc OR you could use es file explorer if have or will set up your pc as a server
 
I can find the media folder but the videos come up the same as the photos. It's as if the video is also a jpeg
