Help How do I turn off the Notification Ringtone???

I know I am going to be embarrassed by this, but how do I just turn it off. I downloaded a ringtone from Mabilo sounds - it was fee, but now I cant figure out how to turn it off. When I go into settings and notification ringtones, its not there. Even if it were and I could uncheck it, there is no option for no notification at all. Wat am I missing?

I think you have no choice but to select some type of tone. Select something from the list then go into "Ringer Volume" and from there you have a slider to adjust the notification volume.

its a option in the Email setting uncheck notification sound.
email>left button>message settings>click email>notifications>ringtone-silent...

I didnt much pay attention to the little box to check it or uncheck it, but when you uncheck it it gives you a notification volume bar.
