Help how do i turn the update nag off

i'm happy with whats running on my phone. how do i turn the nag off until i feel like doing the v8 update?

I just got this update, too. It's getting annoying as heck now.

the easiest method I've seen is to delete the file and then then install the up date. Because the file is gone, the phone will be tricked until the next update rev comes out.
