Help How do I un-install Android2.2?

I need some help un-installing the Android 2.2 update. Ever since I donloaded it to get the new "Sprin ID" app my phone has been so slow and frustrating to deal with. I'm only 16 and I'm not the best with technology but I know that there should be some way to un-install Android 2.2 an go back to Androind 2.1.
Please help.

I don't understand what you meant? Install flash 2.1 and that will fix it? Because all I want is th phone I had in august (I got my phone in august).
