Root how do i unroot....

I'm running the raptor rom with amon ra custom recovery...{awesome rom by the way}. But I wanted to know how do I I unroot my phone and go completely back to stock and stock recovery????
 
So I. Did everything the insructions said and extacted the files and everything and wiped data and everything.....and when I tried torestore the backup up it says restoring and then it says Error : run nandroid mobile . Sh restore ' via adb. What should I do now......


And then I tried to flash the recovery just because maybe I thought that might have been right and now I can't reboot back into recovery....but my phone is not bricked but it seems that I am still the raptor rom....any help would be greatly appreciated..
 
That error message has something to do with contents of your sd card. When I had that problem I backup up my sd card on my PC (just in case) and formatted the sd card. Then take the nandroid file that SWC has in the thread and flash it from recovery. But you said that you can't boot into recovery now. What happens when you try?

Make sure that after you format it, you DO NOT move the contents back to your sd card. I'm not sure exactly what it is that creates this error but try moving certain things that are important such as music, nandroid, pictures etc...
 
when i try to reboot into recovery it just stays at the lg screen when you first cut the phone on....

and i will backup my sd card...and see what happens after that
