Help How Do I "write down a number" while on the phone

Many times i am on the the phone and someone wants to give me a number. is there a way to memo or recorded it while on the phone ?

ya but i am looking for a way to call that nuber from the phone it i do it that way i would still have to get a pen and write it down theb call
