I installed ASTRO and searched for the update file and I get:
/sdcard/update.zip
Is that how it should be, nstallion?
Also, when I did my hard reset I took out my SD Card. When I turned back on my Droid, the ringtones were gone so I guess they saved to the interal drive (if that's what it's called) instead of the SD Card. Either way I guess I fixed it.

EDIT: Now it says this:

E: Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0)
(No such file or directoy)
E:Can't mount SDCARD:update.zip
Installation aborted.
