Root how do we flash a new radio

i know its a noob ? but do i just flash from a zip before i flash a new rom ?

Before or after. Makes no difference. Flash via recovery if you're s-on. If you're s-off, unzip on pc and use android flasher to flash

Or fastboot flash radio if you are S-Off but not a Windows user
