Help How do you apply a downloaded theme?

I have the stock 7 themes but where it says to go and download more, i go and download but cant select them. I see that they are going into the download folder but cant apply them.

WHat am I missing.

they save to your sd card in downloads folder, use astro or another file manager go to folder and install the apk...warning they are big files 1.5-2mb and they install like apps to your internal memory

If you don't want to use Astro, just click on the notification that it's been downloaded. You should be able to install it from there. Then it will show up with the rest of the themes.

To install them without Astro, I had to go to Settings>Applications and check "Unknown sources".
