How do you change the casing?

Hi, hopefully someone can help?

I've purchased new black casing for my hero, but not sure how to remove the old one? I've undone the 6 screws and removed the middle section. Now have the front (screen, buttons etc) with lots of chips etc stuck to the back. What next?

Managed to change the housing without problems, but not sure I'd advise it !!
