Root how do you get OTA updates?

I rooted using the steps listed on this site (http://androidforums.com/note-10-1-all-things-root/637565-guide-step-step-rooting.html). Used TriangleAway to sort of get it to Official status so I can get OTA updates. (It works once in a while, and changes back to custom after subsequent reboots)
I check for updates, and it downloads the latest version (some 38Mb).
It then says it needs to reboot. However it reboots into TWRP.
How do I apply the OTA patch from there? (or what other steps should I do to get the OTA update installed).
I can browse to install a zip, but I'm not sure where the OTA update file is located, or what it's called.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had problems too. Try using kies and it should be fine. You connect your tablet to your computer and run kies on your computer and it does everything for you.

The ota gets downloaded into cache. From twrp use install update and navigate to where the ota got downloaded to and install manually.
