Help How do you get the pull up tab on the homescreen?

Hi guys, I am currently running the latest version of CyanogenMod on my phone and I am also rooted. I was just wondering how I can get rid of the little dock thing at the bottom and replace it with the pull up tab like on the first Motorola Droid. I like that feature a lot and I would love to have it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There is probably a launcher that can do that.

I would say another launcher might have the tab. I know GO launcher has a show/hide dock bar when you swipe up or down but not 100% sure about replacing it with the tab. Also ADW can disable the dock bar all together then you would set the swipe feature up or down to open whatever you wanted like up to open app drawer and down to open phone dialer or another app.
