How do you hide your car mount wires

I just got the car mount for my Atrix in the mail, and while I love how useful it is, and the fact that I can now record my journeys in relatively high quality video. I hate two things about it.
A) The Charger is 5 inches long, with the usb directly on the end of it. When everything is plugged in I end up with half a foot of adapter sticking out into my shifter (on a manual).
B) I realize this is probably common to all car docks, but the wires from the dock hang down in front of my stereo display and controls, does anyone know of an easy way to hide these?

Instead of running the cord directly straight down, run it all the way to the passenger side, then down under the glove box, to the lighter port. Or if you know how to take the dash apart in your car, you can take it apart and just run it under the dash.

Depends on a number of factors (device, mount, car, mount location in the car, etc) but I've never had problems tucking cables for the docks in my cars and I have 2 docks in each of my 2 cars. Use zip ties and whatever spots your car offers to tuck the cables away. It might help if you posted details about your car. Photos are very helpful.

See if there's a tech/audio install forum/site/whatever for your car.

Install another power outlet. The stock outlet on one of my cars was at the back of the cabin. It's a 2 seater so the outlet is really just above the center armrest. That's a terrible location for devices used at the front of the cabin so I installed a second outlet on the side of the center stack.

I ran into a similar issue installing my Dash Mount XMRadio in my Mustang.

Here's what I did...
-Popped the dash bezel off (on my car, it just snaps on and off)
-Picked up a $5 lighter jack at the local AutoZone and wired it up by tapping wires on the existing jack. I then plugged the power adapter for the XM radio into this, and tucked it all into the dash, out of site.
-I ran the audio wires from the XM, the Sat Antenna Wire, and the power wire from behind the radio, up, along the frame (Using zip ties), around the wire vent, and left just about 3 inches sticking out the top, then snapped the bezel back on over them. Yeah, there is a very SLIGHT bulge, but the wires are so thin, it's barely noticeable.
-I mounted the XM to the dash right above where the wires come out, and, honestly, you don't notice the wires, or the bulge on the edge of the bezel.

You should be able to easily do something similar with your car kit.
