Help How do you install apps to SD card with 2.2?

Hello everyone, just updated to 2.2. I installed my first app (Handscent SMS) but it never gave me the option to install it to my SD card. When I go ino manage applications when I click on Handscent the option to move it to SD Card is there but its grayed out and it woon't let me do it. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks to all!!!

If it's grayed out, that means the app isn't able to be installed onto your SD card

Not all apps can be moved to the SD. Either they are copy protected or just won't move out of stubbornness. Also look out for apps with updates. For example, you can move (at least I could on my CM rom on my N1) a fresh install of Google Maps and Facebook, but if you download and install updates for them you won't be allowed to because apparently you can't move updated apps.

I wasn't able to move swift key either. No biggie I moved lots of others and the extra space has helped the speed
