How do you make picture albums?

I know you can go thru each photo but this is a pain if the photos are added via USB.
EVO4G uses the folder name as the album name so when you add a folder to the SD card, it shows up as an album.
Am I just stuck with individual photo tagging (yes I know you can multiple select).
No biggie - love the phone.
 
I have used quickpic (free on the market) for some time. its faster than any other gallery I have used, will play videos as well, and unlike motorola's gallery, it will display the folders that your pictures are in.

Used it on my epic, evo shift, and now my photon.

give it a shot. i think you will find it like what you are used to coming from a different phone.
 
Here's another vote for quickpic. Couldn't imagine the Photons photo gallery without it.
I really wish I could understand why Moto would use such a lame gallery. I've been able to use albums with every phone I've ever had so Motos way is bizarre to me.
 
Me too, regarding Quickpic. I didn't use it on my EVO 4G and actually had never heard about it.

I saw far too many people complimenting it on here, so I gave it a shot and it's absolutely perfect. It's even better when trying to share a pic with someone and not having to scroll through all the photos on your phone, just to share that single pic.
