Help how do you play videos from where you left off

I was wondering if there was a way to get out of the movies your watching to check messages and stuff and keep the movies place. Everytime I go to check my messages when Im watching a movie it just goes back to the beginning.

It would be really nice if the movie held its place for the next time...

Have you tried hitting the pause button and then hitting home so that the app stays open. Then long press home to go back to the video? It should stay cued up and paused where you left off.

you have to pause it for sure...if you use the back button it closes the gallery viewer.

the resume feature will not work with all movies ...but most do

Another option is to download the arcmedia app. This app will save where you were in the video when you close the video. It will then ask if you want to continue where you left off when you try to watch the video again.
