Help How do you save picture mail?

I am trying to save some pictures that someone texted me and I can't see how to do it. I'm sure it's something easy that I am missing, but any help would be appreciated.

how do you access the full size picture when you get the app.....i cant seem to figure that out

when you go into your gallery they should be there like your regular pictures
just select it it should go full screen

it says it saved on my sd card but how do i acess them later?

Long press the pic in the SD Card. Hit edit, copy, go to your DCIM folder on the SD Card open it long press camera press edit, paste and it will be in your gallery.
