How do you screenshot on this phone without rooting?

So I upgraded to Android 4.0.4. I tried screenshooting by pressing the capacitive home button and the side power button, doesn't work. Tried doing it with the volume rocker and power button. Still no luck. There was this screenshot app I used which is not supported on my phone now. I don't want to pay or root.

Thats how you do it but you have to hold the buttons down (power and home) simultaneously for 2 seconds.
