How do you sit?

.. seems I'm not any of 'em

I'm a lay back and stretch 'til you're nearly straight type .. which I read not so long ago is actually better for your back than the bolt upright style most people assume is better. If you look a the illustration in that article, I'm more the guy on the right, but with legs oustretched.

Which Type of Office Chair Sitter Are You?

I would turn the chair backwards. The other type isn't listed. I always manage to sit with one leg tucked under. My boss couldn't understand why I never wanted a fancy chair with arms. I still do it.

Not everyone is working behind a desk ;)

I operate a wheel loader and because our work is very tough and heavy on the body, so we have very special seats installed. It has air suspension and lots of ways to adjust things. And i still have back issues that won't go away anymore. I'm 49 of age now, and already worn out at my back, neck and both wrists.
That's why i suffer from neurological damage, that result in periodical loss of feeling in my fingers. :s:

I've never thought about how I sit. I think I'd be a fidget seeing as I change often due to what I'm doing (gaming I would lean back with my legs stretched out, working I would lean forward and sort of cross my legs)

Well mixer of everyone mentioned though. Even on the web page, just a bit strange.. I kind of am edge of the seater though right now as I am typing this up.

Somewhat like this...

And when someone comments on my ergonomics, that's also pretty much the look I give them...
