Help How do you take screenshots with a Mac?

I'm trying to take some screen shots of my droid so I can post, does anyone have an idea of how I do so with a Mac computer?

A link would probably be a bit more useful. Android SDK | Android Developers Start with that. Go to tools > ddms. If your device shows up click device then screen capture. If your device does not show up report back.

You will have to have debugging turned on. Settings > applications >development
