Are you talking about text messages? If so, Handcent allows you to have a stall period between hitting send and it sending, in case you spot a mistake right after. I have mine set to 3 seconds.

No, well does it only work with text messages?
I meant requests sent to apps and other servers

what i was trying to do was there was an app that sends u a verification code, but before the code is sent out it is generated in your own phone.. sent to the apps server ( like http request I guess) idk and then its sent back to the phone ( droid 3) with the code via text to push in the app

I know there is a way to intercept that code and text I just wanted to get it before it got sent out if it makes sense and push it in.
