Ordered it friday, UPS says ill have it tomorrow. I cant wait.

I ordered mine friday night, but I haven't heard any news about it. I assume that google hasn't even shipped it yet, I'm sad :*(.
Same here, super stoked that it finally shipped!
My shipping was $10.50, but my tax was $26. I wonder if that is what you saw.

That is sooo wrong...and I've been a big time iMac person for the last 18mos or so. Got rid of all but 1 windows machine and bought 2 iMacs,a MacBook Pro,Macbook,and a Mac mini not to mention Apple stuff iPad iPods etc but after this I'm done with Apple entirely.
This is dirty pool and it is not the Apple I had respect for at all.The Apple I had respect for was about innovation and and setting itself apart NOT about being threatened by competition and thereby trying to use dirty tactics to squash it!!
I just ordered earlier today. Now I'm going to be worried until I receive shipping confirmation. Though I'm hoping that they just ran out of the stock on hand, and because of the injunction can't get more from Samsung, rather than having removed it solely due to the lawsuit.
Edit: I noticed in an article that stated, "A Verizon store clerk, meanwhile, told Mashable's Lance Ulanoff that the carrier will sell its remaining Galaxy Nexus stock, but can't import any more units." So, I'm thinking Google sold the last ones they had on hand and, since they can't currently import more, have suspended selling them.

I ordered mine last Saturday (the 30th), and it will arrive tomorrow. Looking at the tracking, it's sitting 18 miles from my front door. UPS doesn't deliver on major holidays. 
To bad it'll be so hot tomorrow, else Id be sitting at the end of the driveway waiting for that big brown truck! (Those idgits never ring the doorbell either. They just figure "ooo nice neighborhood, no thieves here so I'll toss it on the porch and run!"

That's nice in theory, but the last time Apple tried to go that route Microsoft copied all of their innovations and nearly put the company under.
And what they are doing doesn't stifle competition at all. Supposedly Samsung and Google already have a software fix in production in order to get around the terms of the injunction. The suit was originally filed in February. If they would have gotten this fix out in the wild faster none of this would have gone down.

The "fix" removes an ability that Samsung phones have every right to have. So that is no fix at all.
This would not have "gone down" if Apple wasn't so sue happy, jealous of innovation, and scared of competition.

I ordered mine on the 2nd. Says it shipped on the 3rd but the ups site is still showing no tracking info! I bet it shows up today and ups just wanted to make me suffer
