Help How hard is it to replace the glass?

I dropped my TB again and cracked the glass. Wasn't going to be a big deal as I was thinking about getting a Razr, but I've decied to wait it out.

There are lots of glass kits in eBay, some as cheap as $25. Any idea how much work it is to actually do the replacement? I dug through ifixit, but they didn't do a teardown on the TB.

Everything still works, it just looks bad (and could probably give out at any moment) - am I setting mysefl up for failure if I try?

Ahaha unbreakable.... With how easy it is to scratch I would never thought that it is. My ally has been through hell and has no scratches. The thunderbolt scratched within 2months and I'm actually replacing the screen once I get it in because I dropped it like 2 feet from my car seat to car floorboard
