How ICS will work on Bionic?

From my understanding, the Galaxy Nexus will not have any non-screen buttons (meaning the home, back, & app buttons will be on the actual screen).

How will ICS look on a phone with non-screen buttons like the Bionic? Will it be a different variation of ICS w/o the on screen buttons?

I recently played around with an ICS based Bionic ROM which had the on-screen buttons, and I have to say that it doesn't work very well.
