I am getting into android kitchen. I would like to know where people get stuck. Links to guides or advice is appreciated, im a fast learner.

It appears to be locked down well enough that I can't find any info on it, even at XDA. I've had mine since the beginning of the year, and enjoy it quite a bit. I just wish this one problem could be overcome...

:(

Feel free to move or repost that or upload the actual files wherever and whenever you see fit . when I looked through all the licensing & permissions as long as you don't try to take credit for any of it yourself, it's freely distributable.

I could be wrong, but I thought ours was the MS500? It's further down and it's listed as LGMS500, with the 10e, 10i, and 12b firms (and its associated apk files).

Also, I remember seeing other posts (here, and maybe XDA) where people requested a procedure on bootloader unlocking, with LG giving the standard 'No, we can't do that' response. Yeah, right...

Lgd500 is tmobiles version and lgms500 is metropcs
So same phone just different model numbers and I'm pretty sure tmobile has higher end parts in it but I could be wrong

When you pop the cover on your phone just about every "removable" component in it is labeled with d 500 and Ms 500, plus some other part numbers. I'd guess they're probably 99% the same phone.
