Help How long does your battery last?

Now that we have had the Optimus S for a while, how do we make out with a full charge with medium usage?
I have been barely able to go 7 - 8 hrs with Skype running in the background through out. Havent tried without skype yet :)

I get a full day out office mine easily with moderate to heavy usage. I am careful about battery management though, usually just the basics: Bluetooth off, GPS off, moderate screen brightness etc...

I have three email accounts setup with sync, two calendars and contacts from gmail all setup to sync. On a typical day I check email and calendar a couple times, I make a 10 minute phone call or two and I play about a half hour or so of simple puzzle games as time killers. Note that I don't stream media of any significance during the day .

I take the phone off the charger at 6am and put it back on at 10pm. I'm usually around 60%.

Here's a couple examples of heavy usage for me:
I re-did the setup on my phone last week. I wiped the phone and reloaded the OS and all my apps and redid all the settings... I ended up downloading roughly 100MB of data during this process, had the screen on for roughly 2-3 hours and rebooted 3 or 4 times. At the end of the 16 hour day I was down to 15%.

I live in the midwest and I did a 2.5 hour roadtrip with the copilot live (nav software) running... the GPS was on the whole time, the screen was on and I was driving thru areas where the phone was switching between weak signal, roaming and no signal. I went thru 50% of my battery in 2.5 hours. I was actually pretty happy with this since my old touch diamond would go thru 100% of it's battery in 20 minutes of using the GPS.

I can go 7 hours with only losing 10% battery life but.. it's kind of unproductive but I'm at school:

Background data disabled
Lowest brightness setting
Disable 3G
Airplane mode
GPS off

I send about 5-10 texts the entire day if not more. This may seem unrealistic to some but these suggestions might help out... somewhat hehe :).
