Help how long should i wait b4 updating to 2.2?

I updated my phone to 2.1 a few weeks ago and I want to update it ti 2.2 but I don't know how long I should wait b4 updating again. Can some1 please tell me. Also if I do update to 2.2 what other fetures do I get? I wold be updating by the official lg way.

Updating to 2.2 with this phone, whould be the unoficial way.
And you should wait as long as you want. (in week of having this phone i went from 1.6 to 2.1 to 2.2)

And I don't think this phone will get 2.2 officially.

It won't get 2.2 officially from LG no, apparently the processor isn't good enough.. Looks like we proved em wrong!!
