How loud is your GS3?

OK what I'm referring to is the volume on your media player, like music playback, YouTube, video playback, etc.

The volume on mine is probably the loudest, clearest, and best sounding I've ever heard on a phone.

The reason I'm asking is because I'm getting set to do an exchange on Monday because of some issues and I want to get a reading if this the norm for this phone or just a freak thing with my phone being this loud.

Everything is pretty quiet on mine compared to my Droid X, especially the speaker on the back. I just assumed that's how it is for everyone. Maybe I should try to exchange it.

It's not like a cacophony barrage of decibel rape if that's what you WANT...

But it's pretty loud, and having owned a few smartphones in the past, I am actually going to say it's above par,

My phone is much louder than my HTC EVO 3D. My Pandora is somewhat loud, but my TuneIn Radio seems to be very loud. Overall, I am very happy about the volume on this phone.

Sounds better if you use the stock music player and play with the SoundAlive settings.

The Droid X had the audio effects settings that affected all media sound, no matter which app you're using. That was a lot better. I think both the dx and gs3 sound crappy with the default settings.
