Dude...EXCELLENT point! It would be cruel to give (or sell) this piece of crap to anyone...especially military groups, senior groups, or centers for people who have suffered abuse, etc. Just look at it this way: We're doing these people a favor by smashing the hell out of these things! (And by the way, I expect you to post videos...or at least the links to your videos...of your BBS destruction!)

Absolutely. My youtube.com channel is www.youtube.com/stixfx

I will post a link in the forum, but keep checking there. It might take a day or two as I will be on vaca visiting family and going to multiple concerts.

Me as well. Goodbye POS Storm. I love how RIM is trying to catch up with 6.0. Day late as always RIM. Fed Ex will have my new Inc tomorrow :)

I'm not gonna outright say I hate the Storm. I was an early adopter, well as early as I could get the sold out Storm. I kind of enjoyed the hyrbid OS installs and mystery of whether something was going to work or not. At this point, running the latest OS available, I haven't had any real problems (random resets/slowness/etc...) with the Storm. I have QuickPull reset the device @ 2am every morning and it has been working pretty solid for the past 4 months or so.

I think I'm just bored with the device. Also, the Android SDK lends itself much better to programming then the Blackberry SDK.

I'm excited! Hopefully tomorrow is the day.

Mine's been even more laggy than normal since I preordered. Hell it wasn't even answering some calls. Then today when I tried to take pics of the Inc, it really had problems. It totally knew it was being replaced.

I'm also moving from the Storm 1 to the Incredible. I've had more problems with my storm 1 in the last couple days than I ever had. Makes me all the more anxious for my new phone to arrive.

I cant wait to ditch my storm 1....this upgrade will be like going from a 1980s bmw to a brand new ferrari!....i offered my old storm to my little sister who has an old bb curve...her response: "ummm ill get back to you on that"...so now im just tossing the piece of junk around for fun until my incredible gets here!

Had a friend with a BB Tour try typing on my BB Storm. He managed to get off 4 characters before handing it back to me laughing his ass off. Local Verizon store has my phone charged and ready to pick up on the 29th at 0900. BBye BB.

One thing that I have found is that the OS may be the problem. I think the OS actually has memory leaks and not the apps. I have 4 apps on my Storm as well and I have to do a battery pull every other day. That may not be as much as most, but it still bugs me when I see that screen pop up asking me to delete apps to free up space.........um seriously?? At least the Storm 2 has more memory and better screen. I never gave it a chance. I was so pissed they released the Storm 2 with the same damn processor as the Storm 1.

With the introduction of OS6, I am wondering if they will have the hardware to back it up properly.

I did feel a little burned that the Storm 2 was released fairly recently after the first one, but such is life. I'll be upset when the Inc^2 comes out as well.

I was going to, but they would not give me the NE2 early. So I'll wait for my NE2 and get the Shadow instead, depending on when that comes out. I'm tired of my Storm as well and ready for some REAL speed!!

Trading up from the BB Storm 1. I also was a early owner - got mine second in line on release date at the Cheyenne corporate store. I've tried to be pretty forgiving of it over time, hoping for better functionality with each OS update. Definitely ready to leave it behind now, though. I can't say that I'll destroy it - I tend to keep old phones on hand just in case.
