Root How many times can you flash a ROM?

Flash memory in the 90's had 10,000 write cycles. Most flash memory today has 10,000 write cycles. The latest 1 million.

I guess we can assume that our devices comes with the 100,000 cycle type. So if we assume a 3 year product life (1085 days) I should be able to write to my memory 100 time a day...

Meaning I can flash all I want right?

I flashed every single rom and kernel from xda at least once, and mods and themes etc which must have been a couple of hundred times in total. Never had a problem so you can flash all day every day if you want :)

I wouldn't worry about it to be honest... I think the limit would be far higher than you could manage :)

yup! flash away. as long as you remember that the radio does NOT live in flash memory like other partitions, wich is why a bad flash can leave you bricked, and simply reflashing it will not fix it.

bad flashes to system, boot, etc can create bad blocks, that could eventually cause prollems if you get enuff of them.

so i guess a better answer is:
yup! flash away as long as youve made every effort to check md5s and use good downloads and be exceptionally careful flashing anything that contains an hboot or radio! :D

I have xiomi mi4i
Due to multiple flashing available internal memory reduced to 2.9 GB instead of 11 GB for 16 GB internal memory
What to do???
Is there any solution ...a method to delete ROM files??
