How many times have you dropped your S4? What was the result?

My gf dropped her phone because a spider jumped on her. I said "dont move" (because I was gonna knock it off) and of course she freaked out. She jumped up and the phone landed screen first on the hardwood floor. The case on her phone wasnt on correct (bottom corners were hanging out) and the whole screen was toast. This was a week after we got them. We had insurance and it cost me $175.
 
Dropped my GS4 once from about waist high as I was pulling it out of my back pocket. The end of the case snagged my pocket and pulled it out of my hand just as it cleared the pocket. It tumbled to a tile floor. No damage to either the phone or the Speck case.

I dropped it again about a week ago when I stopped the car and forgot it was in my lap. It tumbled to the concrete. No damage to the phone or the Speck case.

I believe in the value of a quality case. ;)
 
I've dropped my phone twice. Once from standing height onto carpet and and once from chair height onto floor. No case. No damage :)
I'm fortunate.
