If a JellyBean ROM/Kernel is in the works, + a good recovery/backup option, I'd at least throw in a few $ for whatever's needed (tester phones, microSD cards, etc.).
At the moment, I really don't need another flavor of ICS. If there's a version based on stock, but stripped down and OC capable, I might try it.
I think we need a solid recovery before anything else, though. We have to be able to backup the original system before replacing it with a ROM and new kernel.
