How Much Memory Do You Have Left?

I have an HTC Hero which has 155 MB of internal storage available to me. I currently have 108 MB of that memory left after clearing cache. How much memory do you have left? And what amount of memory do you consider to be too low in my situation?

12 GB internal, 16 GB external.

Just bought the 16 GB card on the way home from work.
Haven't had a chance to load it up yet
