Help How reliable is Quadrant?

I was running a stock 2.1 rooted and my benchmark was 2000+ and I recently flashed the Bionix V 2.2.1 and it rates at 1400+ on Quadrant. I have to admit though, it does seem snappier with the Bionix rom. Anyone have insight on this?

I've been told by several ROM developers that quadrant scores mean nothing as far as real life use.

Not much. They are useful as guidelines, but frankly anything above 1400 is practically the same.
