Im planning to buy an inspire 4g, but if theres one thing thats always irked me its the overall "lagginess" of android. Ive tried android with htc sense on my hd2, and flipping through the home screens, contact lists its really laggy, not as smooth as an iphone or launcher pro. It just doesn't have that smooth silky feel. Now does the inspire with stock launcher have that problem also?

I have read a couple people complain about some lag. My husband just ditched his 3gs for an inspire and is using the sense ui and has no lag. I am using launcherpro plus and have since day one with the phone. I occasionally go back to sense when i need to fuss with some stuff but haven't noticed lag when i do.

From playing with my husband's inspire it seems pretty close to mine on launcherpro

i think the inspire is plenty smooth when flipping around thought stuff.
i have noticed that when going into Gallery where all my photos are, it is a little slow, but not enough to be an issue. I do have close to 6,000 photos on my Inspire so that's probably why its a little slow to load up
