New to Android (switched from iPhone.) and I like it so far.. the only problem I'm having is figuring out how to show directions using public transportation routes rather than just driving/walking in the google maps application.

Go into google maps. put in the address you want to get to, click the navigation button (use the bottom selection, "get directions") When the directions come up there is a dropdown at the top left of the screen that defaults to "driving", tap that and then change it to transit and ur done.
