Help How to Activate Wi-Fi?

Turning Wi-Fi on and connecting to a wireless network
From the main Home screen, press MENU , and then tap Settings.

Tap Wireless & networks, and then select the Wi-Fi check box to turn Wi-Fi on. The phone then scans for available wireless networks.

The SETTINGS screen on my phone does not list Wireless & Networks

I have had this phone for less than 2 days - so obviously don't know much about it.

The Wireless & Networks was on the Settings screen - I needed to scroll UP.
