If you flash that, it'll give you a new Dolby Mobile app that increases sound output and it will enable the Beats tab in PowerAmp (If it's not already there). I didn't notice any reduced sound quality (actually, it's better than before).

The Beats tab definitely makes the mids and lows hit harder and in general makes the music sound better.


I didn't make any of that. I just posted this because I know some people had problems with that and were curious as to how to get it (including me).

Make sure to flash the CDMA sense 3.6 zip.

I wouldn't know. I never had it working until I flashed it.

The beats audio is just a system-wide EQ setting. You would have better luck by using a more powerful eq.

It does not increase the SQ of your music.

You guys do know that you're adding huge amounts of distortion when you use beats audio, right?

All it does is add two +3 db peaks, and scoops the shit out of the mids.

This has been proven with measurements by various tech sites.
