Help How to back up ROM?

I spend lots of time flash back to original then update etc... I want to back up new JF7 ROM so have question.

What best program to use for back up ROM? I heard not to use titanium to back up ROM

ROM Manager, donated version, available on the market.

I agree 100%, by the way when you install rom manager, it will place an update.zip on your sdcard, don't replace or delete it or rom manager may not work correctly.
