Root How to backup individual apps

I know I've seen this thread--I just can't find it.

Can I backup individual downloaded applications without Titanium Backup? I've got CWMod doing a back up now...but it's doing it to sdcard, since I don't have a removeable SD card in the slot.

So when I flash a new ROM and partition, I assume the backup CW just made is going to disappear.

Mostly I just want to save the apps I managed to d/l in the few hours before I got the acore fault.

I'm this close to just writing them off, but I especially liked Wolfram Alpha...

Thanks.

If you want to, you can back up your apps using titanium. Then take whatever is in your internal memory and transfer them into your computer. After you repartition your gtab, connect your gtab to your computer and transfer back the files you put on your computer to your gtab. Technically, if you put back your Titanium backup folder back to your gtab, it'll read it when you run Titanium so you can restore your apps again.
