Root How to change boot animation

The old bootanimation.zip method doesn't work for this phone i found a similar posts where someone was having the same problem with a samsung gsalaxy s3 but no solution was found

oops didn't mean to put this in all things root
 
i cant help but but believe this belongs in all things root
give me 5 min and i will upload a zip you can flash to enable old zip support
 
yeah, and upon reboot you will see a beats audio boot ani, and upon shutdown it should show a diff beats audio down ani
 
Oh coo thanks but question what is the upload mode for? What is its purpose i gt download abd recovery but uploads for what and am still trying to get the hang of using adb apparntly it doesnt work till phone full on huh cuz my phones in upload mode and it aint reading it
 
I cant find any good documentation on upload mode at this point in time. normally adb isn't enabled on boot, but I'm trying to get that to work in my kernel (I know how to, but when I do it, the kernel just bootloops???).

oh man when u happen to repair a kernal to read adb in boot shoot it my way and for the first time the MH5 finaly got flashed in odin for the 1st time whoch removed kouma cwm recovery to its original so my build is now label with the mh5 but the baseband still ME3 so like he made a modem to flash in the recovery i did so in the original recovery didnt work still ME3 so i figured reflashining koumas cwm recovery how i did the first time and it wont flash anymore in odin fail after fAIL any idea bro?
